2nd. Nov. 1926.

Chettle. - 71-A-8.

This accident was a slight one, being a "brush down" by the side of the wing, and a scratched locking ring.

The wing itself was slightly dented and the paint scraped off.

The locking ring was replated and placed into stock.

We carefully examined, as a precautionary measure, the side steering tube &c. but no damage was sustained by these parts, the damage being all along the outside edge of the wing.

(Sgd). J. {Mr Johnson W.M.} Shaw.
