Dear Capt. Wilks,

Thank you for your letter.

I can assure you the noise is in the car. If you are entirely free on other cars, then of course something out of the ordinary must have happened to this one, but if it still worries you on production and your brother can find time to run over here, we might discuss some of the aspects of the problem.

Apart from this one feature, everyone here who has tried the car is most impressed with its behaviour.

I want some time to have a look at your body building section if this is possible.
