c.c. Mr. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Hdv. KWH. [text struck through]

SpectreCodename for Phantom III - side Steering tube.

We find that it is not practicable on account of clearances required, to use the same ball joint on both cross and side steering tube ends.

We therefore send N. Sch.4117 herewith, shewing the ball-end for the front end of the side steering tube, in which the overall height has been reduced.
