With reference to the attached papers, re Mudguards, the subject has been discussed by "W" who see no objections to the use of the type of mudguards specified.

On the other hand they have the following advantages over the ordinary flat type:-

1. They are more rigid for a given weight.
2. They are easier to clean, and
3. They will retain good appearance for a longer time than the flat ones.

Mr. Johnson has requested me to forward the attached to you, and to ask you to arrange in accordance with the decision above.
