Dear Sirs,

We are in receipt of your post-card of the 5th inst. ref. AKA/MEB.

We regret to note that you are unable to trace our letter of the 14th December as upon enquiry at our Mailing Dept. we have ascertained that this letter was sent to you so we can only conclude that same has either been lost in the post or misplaced at your end. We are accordingly sending you a copy of our letter, and in view of the delay we hope you will be able to expedite the matter as urgently as possible.
