Dear Sirs, We are in receipt of your post-card of the 5th inst. ref. AKA/MEB. We regret to note that you are unable to trace our letter of the 14th December as upon enquiry at our Mailing Dept. we have ascertained that this letter was sent to you so we can only conclude that same has either been lost in the post or misplaced at your end.
