With the J.III. type dampers which commence with l26th in O.2. series, we are obliged to use some control system. The control system will be hydraulic. Even if we are unable to use the complete governor unit, we shall need the oil reservoir attached to the gearbox. Although we are unable at the moment to give details of the control system, will you please ensure that there are no structural difficulties which will be effected by the introduction of the governor system with bellows control ends on the shock dampers. We understand that the hand brake lever will have to be moved forward. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Les.{Ivan A. Leslie} | ||
