We have received the parts in question. You will by now have received a copy of our Sr/VA4/ET. 19.9.36, which crossed your memo. If, when the above car returns from Geneva, the steering still shows no sign of wobbling, do you consider it necessary for us to remove the washers which we have fitted to the 4 cross steering tube joints and fit those parts which you have sent to us? We men-tion this because the parts you have sent us will be very useful in case we have to attend to a similar complaint. We note, however, from the last paragraph of your memo, that you are very anxious to know whether the fitting of the parts as sent by you, will affect a complete cure under continental condi-tions.
