Dear Sirs,

Ref. X401 Plugs for Bentley Chassis.

We thank you for your letter of the 21st inst. and for your report on the tests on the above plugs. On examining the plugs which you have returned to us we find that the mica is burnt due to excessive heat, and while this plug is found to be entirely satisfactory in the writer's Bentley, it is evident that it will not stand the road testing conditions to which you submitted it.

We should hope to submit to you a modified type of plug for this chassis, on which we should be very glad if you would carry out further tests.

Yours faithfully,

LODGE PLUGS LIMITED
