Need to develop and test the new EAC.10 engine and chassis for standardisation, noting the urgency of the project.

contd :- -2- We shall require also to make one EAC.10 type engine for test bed tests. R.{Sir Henry Royce} is very anxious that EAC.10 should be pushed forward as rapidly as possible. We should therefore like your agreement to go ahead with the work. At the moment we are on;y proposing making one of these new chassis (EAC.10.) We shall require, however, at least 6 of these cars when it is agreed that they should be tested with the object of standardising this type for production.
