J.C.Bowering, Esq., Messrs.Rolls Royce Ltd., DERBY. Dear Mr.Bowering, I am sorry I did not reply earlier to your letter of the 25th ult, but I put it aside and forgot it. I am sorry to say that the needles and seatings originally supplied to your Order No.81578 were incorrect, owing to an error on the part of our Stores Department. I have, however, now arranged for replacements to be sent, together with the spherical cork washers you require. As regards the 7th needle returned, this is definitely a very bad one.
