HSC. S/H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} 8.4.35. ( 11 ) REAR HUBS - LOP. G.0198. (1) It is suggested that the bore of the Toggle Link G.82349 should be increased from .5469 diam. to a standard reaming size of .563 diam. in order to remove the necessity for a special reamer. (2) The Bolt G.7952 for securing the End Plate to the hub is .050 short. (3) In the Rear Hubs G.81903/4, the shoulder at the back of the R.150 Roller Bearing should be relieved locally so that the outer race can be withdrawn if necessary. REAR BRAKE INTER. SHAFT. LOP.G.52819. H.I.4311. The angle between the rear brake intermediate levers should be made slightly wider so that the small end of the centre balance lever G.82011 can be reamed after brazing in position. REAR STABILISER. LOP. F.87989 - Lot 6132-4824. The distance piece in the stabiliser connecting link requires counterboring to take the stem on the gland pressure bush F.85981. Also, since the Connecting Tube F.86025 has been reduced in length from 10.950 to 9.885, the Guide F.86018 should be shortened accordingly. HSC. | ||
