COTAL GEARBOX.

What we are interested in is the recommended size of gearbox to deal with a 5½ litre engine, because anything we produce must cover the range from 5½ litres downward.

The magnets seem to us to be the limiting feature and possibly they have established some empirical formula for determining the magnet winding and dimensions.

We actually have a 3 litre box in the Works which we are going to test to destruction.

The power absorption figures are quite unbelievable but we should be able to check up on these ourselves.
