HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} X4613 DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}3/M27.10.27. RE. CAR FOR LE CANADELHenry Royce's French residence. X.8892 X.8830 X.4613 We note that you have fixed up with R.{Sir Henry Royce} concerning the grey and black colour scheme for 14-EX., and presume you will arrange with Hooper's to carry out this work. We think that before the car goes to France it should have a friction damper fitted between the scuttle and dash, and if you would let us know when the car is at Hooper's we would like to arrange to have a trial run in it so that we could go over the coachwork with a view to making sure there are no defects in the body or mounting, before R.{Sir Henry Royce} takes it away. Would you kindly inform us when we can do this. DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} | ||
