Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}4/H29.9.22, re Incompletions and Modifications on first 20 Goshawk, paragraph 12, re Larger Fan to Radiators, I have now seen a copy of E's memo to BY, reference E1/M28.9.22. Is it intended that the spring mounted fan suitable for the original type of cylinder and position of radiator also the 18" fan as per LeC/1629 shall be incorporated on the first 20 cars, as would appear to be the case from the memo referred to?
