The failure of rivets on the servo balance lever for the 25/30 HP & Bentley Servo, recommending an immediate change to bolts.

Hardy - Chief Dev. Engineer}20/KW.10.9.36. 25/30 HP. & Bentley Servo. The Test Dept. have recently experienced a case of shearing of the rivets on the servo balance lever, on a 25/30 HP. chassis. It has already been instructed that these should be replaced in due course by bolts, in E/HDY.{William Hardy}3/HP.3.4.36, but as a failure of these parts has now occurred during normal use, we consider that the change should be made immediately, as the failure results in the loss of all servo braking.
