W.A.Robotham, Esq.,
Experimental Department,
Messrs. Rolls Royce Ltd,
DERBY.

Dear Mr. Robotham,

I received your message yesterday from my colleague to the effect that you wished me to telephone you at Rolls Royce, Conduit Street, before 3 p.m. regarding the BUICK Oil Cooler.

In the meantime I obtained one of these from our Works at Willesden and had it at the Showrooms all ready for you but on telephoning Conduit Street just before 3 p.m. they informed me you had not been there that day or had you been there for some time.

I then telephoned your Works at Cricklewood and they also said they had not seen you.

To-day I have just received a message from our Works regarding your telegram and I am sorry there has been some misunderstanding. I have, however, arranged for this cooler which I had at the Showrooms, to be dispatched to you immediately.

Yours very truly,
