Bleaney - Bentley Sales}16/RW.22.10.34. I am to-day writing to Richard Summers pointing out that he must confirm reservation of his chassis in writing, or you will not hold it for him. I will also point out the offer you are prepared to make. With regard to Mr. Thompson, he is particularly anxious to have the maximum body accommodation. This is available on the series after CW. or only 4 chassis later than the one you have allotted to him. I should be glad therefore if you would change the chassis number allotted to him to one in the next series. I am going over to see him next week and will get the order straightened out for you then, as by that time he should have decided with which Agent he proposes to deal. I am seeing Mr. Hawkins this week-end and will again endeavour to get the order form signed for you. I am particularly anxious for Summers to continue to have an up-to-date car, because he is one of a coterie of five Bentley owners, and there is every possibility that they will follow his example.
