Herewith we send N. sch. 2551., shewing the arrangement of the hand brake lever and equaliser on EAC.10., and giving the additional information promised on N. sch. 2539. It will be seen that we have lightened down some of the stampings, and we propose to suggest some modification to the hand brake lever itself. This will follow on a later drawing.
