Mellotone Horns.
(1) Push button rattles. 2.
(2) Faulty wiring inside horns. 1.
(3) Defective plating of horn brackets. 1.

Petrol Pumps.
(1) G.S. type failed. 6.
(2) Leakage from diaphragm G.S. 1.
(3) Failure of GSEC. type. 3.
(4) New type HF.{H. W. Frost - Coachwork Inspector} partial failure. 2.
Noisy. 1.
Total. 13.
New type pumps have been returned
to the works for investigation.

Petrol Gauge.
(1) Faulty unit in tank, petrol leak from
joint caused deterioration of wires. 1.

Petrol Fumes in Car.
(1) Flexible pipe to carburetter leaking. 1.

Rear Axle.
(1) Rear hubs noisy bearings. 1.

Front Axle.
(1) Front hubs, noise in bearings. 3.
The entry of foreign matter in these
bearings is being investigated.
