Radiator.
(1) Loss of water due to steam valve not seating. 2.

Hydraulic Dampers.
(1) Knock, slack in bearings. 1.
(2) Loss of oil from bellows joint. 1.
(3) Squeak from damper linkage. 1.
Total. 3.

Hydraulic Jacks.
(1) Loss of oil from reservoir due to chafing through of pipe line by engine bearer. 1.
(2) Inaction of jacks due to valve sticking in reservoir. 1.
Total. 2.

Exhaust System.
(1) Suspension squeaks due to dry condition of connections. 4.

Instruments.
(1) Clocks - Faulty, loosing time, fuse blowing. ( these have been returned to makers). 5.

Speedometers.
(1) Failure of trip mechanism. 3.
(2) Noisy drive. 2.
