| To Mr. from Mr/E.H. Copy to Mr. H/IH. Mr/EAG. Re: FRAME METH. Please receive herewith the original of PL.416, Cross in Frame. The attached drawing shows the layout of the cross in the frame. We propose to spot weld the foot into the frame side channels, also to spotweld the centre plates to the cross channels.
