RE FUMES IN BODIES.

I have discussed the question of the temporary fitting which you made for connecting the breather to the carburettor intake, and also the scheme which we sent through to Mr.Bailey a short while ago, with Mr. Royce. He thinks that we should supply a new inlet casting on the carburettor and that the pipe should be fastened in to this inlet so that the fumes from the crankcase naturally go inside the carburettor intake and can only come out into the bonnet through the air ports.

We are going to make a scheme of this. In the mean-while we should proceed from "hand to mouth" with the scheme as it now is, that is, with the temporary pieces you made, or our N.Scheme 845, if it is considered worth while making the necessary patterns.
