The balance weight fixing was not to the latest drawing shewn on LeC.3284 but was to scheme 1557. Almost simultaneously GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} reports that a balance weight has come off his engine in France, on this occasion No.1 balance weight to LeC.3284. This is the first time we have had this form of failure.
