Bailey - Chief Engineer} EH. [crossed out] c. EFC. CHASSIS RADIATOR. About the time of the outbreak of War (1914) we were carrying out a series of experiments with radiators, in regard to the best general scheme, and also, if I remember right, as to whether we should use round tubes or square tubes. The above matter should be thoroughly investigated in the experimental department and submitted to me, so that I may be enabled to decide whether any further points require instructing. BY.{R.W.
