X8800 To BY/C. from EFC. EFC6/T9.12.25. RE: LAMP BULBS. X5800 X3576 The correct bulbs to be used in the 40/50 New PhantomCodename for PHANTOM I and 20 HP. head lamps are the Lucas bulbs marked :- B.A.S.4.S. 12-14V. 36 W. OSRAM (37) (Gasfilled), the affix S in the first line denoting single pole. The Silver Ghost will have the same, but leaving out the affix S, such bulbs being double pole. For the side and tail lamps we have generally used :- Sphinx (Auto Bulbs Ltd) side lamp bulbs, 12-14 Volt, 12 c.p. Bulbs dia. about 26 mm. The smaller bulbs are preferred as the larger ones will not go in the Lucas spare bulb cases. Sphinx (Auto Bulbs Ltd.) tail lamp bulbs, 12-14 volt, 3 c.p. No.834P. though no doubt suitable Lucas bulbs are obtainable. EFC. | ||
