Dear Sirs,

I understand that you intend bringing out a smaller type of passenger car, and I shall be glad to hear from you as to wether you would be interested to fit one chassis with the Maybach Transmission, which will shortly be made in this Country. I regret that I did not have the opportunity of giving you a demonstration of the "Maybach"-"Zeppelin" last year, but I think that the outstanding success of the Lagonda Selectornis better proof of the value of the Maybach-Transmission, than the demonstration of the high-powered 12-cylinder Maybach.

It is more than likely that 2 other wellknown British makes of passenger cars will be fitted with the Maybach Transmission, and out of five makers of commercial
