Instructions for the experimental production and fitting of side steering tube parts for an E.A.C.7 chassis.

Please receive one Blue Print of each of the following:- F.76448 Pendulum Lever. 1 off per chassis. F.76449 Side Steering Tube. 1 " " Kindly instruct for these parts to be produced and fitted Experimentally noting that they are in accordance with Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}'s requirements, in order to fit a straight Side Steering Tube at a similar angle in elevation to the standard Phantom Tube. This completes the issue of Special parts required for this experiment, but it should be noted that the Pendulum Lever Ball Pin G.70051 must be replaced by Ball Pin G.70050 and that the Side Steering Tube Joints are in accordance with L.O.P. F.76406. The reduced Lock Angles consequent to the shortened Pendulum Lever have been agreed to by Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} BY/HEB.{H. Biraben} | ||
