Dear Sirs,

Re: Ignition Cable.

With reference to your letter of the 20th. inst. (ref. WKS/CW.) we have a preference for the 19 strands of .012" cable rather than 40 strands of .010, as we think it gives a more circular core and less strain upon the rubber. If, however, 40 strands of .010 is your standard we would consider modifying our specification to fall into line with this particular core.

There is one further point of view, viz. that you may have a certain amount of ignition cable core 40 strands of .010 in stock for use on our particular product. In this case again we should be willing to use it up, but if it is not your standard product we would then come on to the 19 strands of .012.
