PHANTOM BRAKE DRUMS.
WEIGHT REDUCING CAMPAIGN.

We are not sure, but we think you (word is underlined) proposed deleting the ribs on the large brake drums on the back axle. We have now little fear of heat, and think that if squeaks occur they can be reduced for less weight and cost than making the drums with these ribs.
