Replacing Seekay wax with Halowax for insulating ignition coils due to operator health concerns and material incompatibility.

IGNITION COILS - INSULATING WAX. ------------------------------- As a result of a number of enquiries we have been pursueing, in regard to Seekay wax, we have decided that it is not desirable to use this type of wax for our ignition coils owing to the fact that it is liable to set up dermatic effects with the operators, and furthermore that certain types of insulating enamel used by the wire makers are susceptible to attack by the wax in question. We have learned that Halowax produced by the Bakelite Co. is superior in insulating qualities, has a similar high melting point to Seekay wax, and has no dermatic effects with the operators. We would therefore like you to obtain a reasonable sample of this type of wax to enable us to carry out some experiments.
