In conversation with Mr. Oliver Lucas on Thursday, the 20th instant, it was agreed Messrs. Lucas should proceed with manufacture of a pair of the special type Head Lamps of which they have already submitted one for the Bentley Chassis, embodying the modified fixing arrangements discussed with E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} and making provision for:

(a) The Lamps to be more dust proof than the original sample.

(b) An attachment whereby a guard of Chrome plated "Metalace" as supplied by Messrs. G.A.Harvey & Co (London) Ltd, Greenwich Metal Works, London S.E.7 for the Radiator Stone Guard, can be fitted to the the front of the glass.

Messrs. Lucas hope to deliver a sample pair of such Lamps about the middle of August.
