r3805. HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} To R.{Sir Henry Royce} From Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} re Bentley 4 Litre. Copy to Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Hy.{Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer} Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}6/E29.5.31 I was interested to read your R1/M27.5.31 relative to the above. We, as you know, heard glowing accounts of this prior to its appearance and as we knew that it was being brought out as a definite competitor of the 20/25, we naturally feared that it might prove rather a severe competitor. Since we have seen the car, however, we all feel considerably relieved. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} RECEIVED 30 MAY 1931 | ||
