| SG. {Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} } FROM R. {Sir Henry Royce} WGR. X3805 R1/M27.5.31. Copy to - HS. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Copy to - HY. {Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer} re. BENTLEY 4 LITRE. ---- Unless WW. is quite mistaken the designs of the above are far from being expensive, and we should say have many features that will cause trouble if the chassis is fitted with such bodies as have been difficult with us, besides having several features which, after some wear, and in the hands of the unskilled drivers, will not give satisfaction. One would foretell a fine splash and disappoint- ment, and if the 'Autocar' description is correct let them have a quick run, and we have faith that buyers will come back to us.
