SIDE STEERING TUBE. We note in a report from Paris on Quarterly Complaints, that they have experienced 3 cases of 1500 lbs. side steering tube springs of the old over-stressed type, breaking. From our own experience we know that these springs are bound to break. The steering becomes almost dangerous when they have broken.
