I should be glad if you would kindly read the attached circular, and say whether you consider it might be of any value. It seems to possess a-n advantage over the Gabriel Horn, inasmuch as it is most effective when the engine is throttled. At that time the vacuum in the induction pipe is highest. I am afraid, however, it would interfere with the slow running of the engine.
