It would undoubtedly upset carburation. Also the horn would not blow with the throttle shut as the reed would stick. The circular says this in a roundabout way. I should say one would have to adjust the throttle to give the correct vacuum before the horn would blow satisfactorily. (Signed) T.S.H.
