SIDE WHEEL CARRIER FOR SS.{S. Smith} X7600

On cars having the original three point engine suspension the Phantom type tube brackets on the frame should be used.

We wish you to use the central bolt shewn on N. sch. 2845. - the side wheel carrier for rubber engine feet, and that the wheel be placed in the same position as on that scheme, both vertically and horizontally.

We notice that we have made a slight error in the design of the tube brackets on N. scheme 2845., which increases the difficulty of forging. They should have top bosses for the bolts, thus -

Forge this way.
