Dear Mr. Robotham,

Most people enjoyed our review of the Bentley chassis in "The Autocar" but we have had one complaint, i.e. from our friend, Frazer, of New Hudson, who is very distressed that we have omitted to state that the Girling braking system is applied to the Mark V chassis.

I wonder if you would be good enough to tell me if it is in order for us to mention the Girling brakes and, if so, to what extent are they applied to the chassis in question. who makes them?

They certainly work very well - as I can testify from personal experience.

Yours sincerely,

Geoffrey Smith
