Re failure of C.A.V. 12XR2 battery from Chassis 57.S.4. The acid of this battery was emptied out to waste & it was noticed that very little sediment came out with it. Acid of correct density (1275) was then put in & after gassing up again was given a low Rate Discharge as before see JB82 - 8.1.25. & gave 19.7 ampere hours. This result is better than previously obtained but is still very poor. Signed: G.J. This Sheet must be filed on completion of the work. | ||
