Dear Sir,
I have found amongst Mr. Paull's papers your letter of June 20th and his acknowledgement of June 22nd.
Mr. Paull has had to go away for a rest, and I do not expect him back before the end of the month. I think, however, he would like you to know that the matter referred to in this correspondence has not been overlooked, and that certain Laboratory Work is in hand in regard to it, though the tests are not yet completed.
If you would kindly allow the matter to stand over until Mr. Paull's return he would then report fully to you.
Yours faithfully,
FOR THE DUNLOP RUBBER CO. LTD.
A Shassie
Secretary to Mr. W.H.Paull.
