Dear Sirs,

We have received, through our Birmingham Office, your letter of the 31st. October concerning Flexible Rubber Hose for ventilating and heating purposes, but we are sorry it is not possible to assist you much as we would like to do so. We do not happen to be equipped for the manufacture of this particular type of Hose.

In the circumstances we are unable to put forward anything in the way of samples but we would ask you to accept our very best thanks for the opportunity you have given us.
