Dear Mr. Phillips,

The bearer of this letter, Mr. Grylls, who is a member of Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd., would very much like to have an opportunity of viewing your plant in Detroit, and I am wondering whether you would be good enough to spare him some of your time to effect this.

As you are aware, Messrs. Rolls-Royce are very interested in the Marles steering, and the object of this visit is not solely one of pure interest.

Kind regards.

I am,

Yours sincerely,
