Further to E.CD.551 we send herewith E.CD.623 Water Pump Running at 1 1/2 times engine speed - Ph.lll. This design gives all the remaining information for the increased speed water pump, which is driven in tandem with the dynamo as shown on E.CD.551. The water return pipe from carburetter hot-spot is slightly altered to suit the new position of pump. The pump intake bend is set over to match up with the existing bottom water pipe from radiator, and pump volute has been swung round to suit the new position of the water inlet to cylinders. Will you please detail and instruct for the experiment. The crankcase modifications are already instructed. DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} | ||
