Gauge for Indicating Damper Control. ---------------------------------- We addressed an enquiry to WW. to find out if in R's view it was necessary to include a gauge on the instrument board for indicating what the road dampers were doing if automatic control to the dampers was fitted, and we received the following telephone message: "Regarding pressure gauge on instrument board, for simplicity don't fit until it is found a necessity. I suggest that the automatic control should not be fitted to BensportCodename for 3 1/2-litre Bentley or PeregrineExperimental Bentley car never produced / Aero Engine until it is found to be indispensable Certainly fit automatic control to 25 HP. J.3. and Phantom. should imagine the Phantom asks for a gauge which would be justified on so big and expensive a car." E. {Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} | ||
