X832 In the Delco Shock Absorber factory they test every one of their shock absorbers, and take an indicator diagram. This is actually much quicker than checking the load of the shock absorber by hand, and is really the only accurate means of finding that the shock absorber is right under working conditions. On the new damper which is at present going into production, it is virtually impossible to check the setting by hand. We therefore consider it is imperative that some means of taking indicator diagrams in the works should be arranged. Sft. {Mr Swift} saw the actual tests of the shock absorbers in the factory, and will therefore be able to appreciate the speed at which the necessary indicator diagrams were taken.
