Thermostat Shutter Operation on the SpectreCodename for Phantom III.

This is to confirm a conversation I had with Lidsey, that you are giving us a scheme for the thermostat-operated shutters on the same lines as the Phantom, which we know all about.

We feel that time is so short that we ought not to rely on anything that is in the experimental stage, such as the remote control thermostats we are at present testing.
