Can you let me know by wire, as to whether you agree to doing away with the "A" and "B" position of Side levers, and using "C" and "D" only. As I pointed out before, it seems to me that the small difference between "A" and "C" (only a matter of about 1" on the top of the lever) is too small to be of any real value. By.{R.W.
