If we made a compromise between A and B steering and between C & D steering, could we by any means supply these two types?

With reference to the difficulty of getting the brake pedals in the central position opposite the steering column, do you think that the enclosed suggestion would be of any benefit to this end. Make the point where the steering column passes through the dash board a fixed position, and for the D type steering move the steering box far forward.

This appears to be the best idea that I have had for this purpose.

With the new engine and the high carburetter, this may avoid some otherwise unsurmountable trouble.

The idea of using an underfreze for the engine may help this matter considerably.

I notice that the Americans who have to deal with rough and unlevel roads are particularly against long aluminium engine arms.
