P.S. Since writing the foregoing, I have injected half a syringe of castor oil into the clutch and lubricated the operating mechanism. This has made an enormous difference to the manner in which the clutch takes up, and one could not complain of its performance now.

It is not yet, however, we think, quite as good as 7 CA clutch and the subject still could have some investigations made upon it.
