We confirm having received for repair from your Hendon Works the tank attachment ex chassis WRB-23.
Our inspector reports that the difficulty experienced in this particular instance was due to sticking brought about through seizure in the bottom bush.
A free of charge replacement unit is being supplied in accordance with our packing slip S 67172.
